At The Texas Ski Ranch we offer Boat and Cable lessons for all ages and skill levels in a verity of different packages suited to fit the needs of each rider. Riders come from all over the world to train with our qualified professional level coaches. Riders like Tom Fooshee, Cody Johnson, Bret Little, Gabe Lucas and many others moved up through the ranks training at TSR. If you are looking to be the next top pro or to just have a better experience out on the lake with your family, training at TSR is exactly what you are looking for.

By taking lessons with TSR you are ensured you will learn from the pros that have put in their time to be the decorated riders they are today. Our coaches are professionals and take the frustration out of learning how to get up for the first time and the pain out of the first few face plants in the safest, relaxing, controlled environment. In just a lesson or few you will be a confident rider ready to tackle your next big trick.

Cable Lessons

Cable lessons give you the opportunity to learn how to Wakeboard, Wake Ski, Double Ski, and Kneeboard. (Whatever gives you the thrill you are seeking.) TSR has both a two-tower beginner cable and a full size five-tower system. The beginner cable makes it easier than ever to learn how to ride. This is the easiest way to ride. We have never had anyone not get up and make at least one lap. After you make it around the beginner cable you are ready for the full size cable system. We offer a variety of different packages to suit your riding needs.
 

Private Cable Lessons

Private Cable lessons consists of one hour of professional instruction, free 2011 Liquid force, Rip Curl, and Pro-Tec rental equipment, and an additional hour of riding on your own to perfect everything you just learned.
Our private cable lessons are designed to first break you down and correct any bad habits you may have from being self-taught. You will then have the knowledge and confidence to learn anything you desire.
Is it your first time to ride? Even better you will not have any bad habits and you will learn faster. By taking just one private lesson you will be shock on how much you learned.

Buddy Cable Lessons

Buddy lessons consist of an hour of riding time for 2 people with professional instruction, and free 2011 Liquid Force rental equipment.

Buddy lessons are one of the best ways to learn to ride. Our buddy lessons are designed exactly how our private lessons are plus the added bonus of your best buddy there pushing you to the extreme and experiencing the same thrill. In our experience this is when we see riders progress the fastest. It’s always motivational to learn something new after seeing your best buddy conquer a trick you can’t do.

Boat Lessons

Boat lessons are great for learning how to Wakeboard, Wake Skate, Double Skis, Slalom Ski, Wake Ski, or Kneeboard. At TSR we have our own private boat lake that creates the safest, most relaxing, controlled environment to learn. No matter what time of the day or year there is never any other boat traffic with perfect water conditions. Waketopia year round!!  We will also travel to your lake upon request.  We have a variety of different packages for out boat lessons depending on what you trying to get accomplished.

Private Boat Lessons

Each private lesson consists of one hour of professional training and free Liquid Force, Rip Curl, and Pro-Tec rental equipment.

Group Boat Lessons

Our group lessons are a great way to get your family, friends, or office together on our private lake or your own and learn how to ride in the most relaxing environment possible. This is a great way to spend the day out on the water pushing and motivating each other to try that next big trick. Our staffs are highly trained to work in very busy environments and are great with kids.   Our full day lessons also come with the option for catering.
