Wakeboarding, Kneeboarding, Skiing, swimming,Scootering, Skateboarding, Beach and Field Games, and more! On bad weather days we do arts and crafts, play games indoors, and do other inside activities

Every afternoon, our shuttles pick up directly from campus — including early release days — and bring students safely to Texas Ski Ranch. Parents don’t have to worry about juggling schedules or extra car lines.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment due either in full or on a monthly basis.

LATE POLICY
REFUND POLICY
Pick-ups after 6:00 PM will incur a late fee of $1 per minute. We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Please notify the director promptly if you are running late to avoid any issues.
Withdrawals must be given two weeks in advance. Refunds will only be given on accounts paid in full for the months following the month that enrollment ends. For example, a notice given March 10th would get a refund for the months of April and May.

Deposits for all youth programs are intended for holding camper’s spots on the roster, therefore deposits are non-refundable for all seasons and camps.
Tuition is not attendance based; tuition pays for your spot in the program. This ensures that the drivers and schools have ample time to enact the change.

Which schools do you serve?
We currently provide shuttle transportation from Mayfair, Hoffmann Lane, Oak Creek, and Carl Schurz Elementary Schools in New Braunfels.

Does the program run on early release days?
Yes. Shuttles pick up as normal, and the program runs until 6:00 PM.

Do you follow the Comal ISD school calendar?
Yes. We operate on regular school days and close on district-wide student holidays.
How much does the program cost?
$89.99 per week, which includes shuttle service and all program activities.
What if my child misses a day?
Tuition holds your child’s spot in the program regardless of attendance.
What activities are offered?
Students participate in a mix of outdoor play (sports, trampolines, scooters, field games) and indoor projects (arts, crafts, group challenges).
Is the program safe?
Yes. All staff are trained in safety protocols, CPR/first aid, and child supervision. Shuttles are monitored and children are checked in
immediately upon arrival.
