TSR family, we are THRILLED to be reopening. However, we are very serious about doing so in a phased approach in order to protect both our staff and customers throughout the process of returning to the lifestyle we all miss so much. Please bear with us as we expand our operations, and know that measures and timelines are subject to change at any time. 

Property Safety Measures 

  • All Staff will have temperature taken at the beginning of their shift. Any reading 100.4 Fahrenheit or higher will result in the staff member immediately being sent home to self quarantine, per CDC guidelines

  • Staff will be breaking up groups anywhere on property. Maintain proper social distancing at all times. Failure to comply after one warning will result in voided pass for the day. 

  • Acrylic cashier shield will be placed at front desk to protect both customer and staff during any interactions

  • Tape is in place to mark 6 foot gaps between anyone in line at the front desk or the cable dock. 

  • Cable handles will be sanitized between each use by cable staff

  • A rental gear return station will be set up on the back lawn. Guests will leave rental gear there to be sanitized by staff before being returned inside. 

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at multiple locations on property.

  • All door handles and bathrooms will be sanitized regularly by staff

  • 75% of beach seating has been removed. Any remaining seating will be sanitized regularly by staff. 

  • We encourage guests to bring their own seating for the day.

Phase 1 - May 1-6

  • TSR Year or Semester Pass holders only. No single session passes will be available for purchase. 

  • Maximum of 20 riders may ride at any time. IF this threshold is reached, those who have been riding the longest will be asked to take a break until someone leaves. 

  • No in person transactions will be permitted. All times must be reserved online. 

  • If rider is in need of a wristband, add $5 prepaid credit to their Wakesys account and TSR front desk will provide the wristband upon arrival

  • No lessons will be available of any kind

Phase 2 - May 7-17

  • Cable opens to the general public 

  • Only 2 hour time slots will be available. All riders must reserve a time slot on Wakesys

  • Pass holders will be limited to pre-booking 1 time slot per day. If another time is not full 20 minutes into the session, Front desk can activate pass holders wristband for that time period

  • Maximum of 20 riders during any 2 hour slot 

  • Session is a firm two hour period, and will not be extended for late arrivals. 

  • No in person transactions will be permitted. All times must be reserved online. 

  • If rider is in need of a wristband (all first time riders will need this), add $5 prepaid credit to their Wakesys account and TSR front desk will provide wristband upon arrival.

  • No beginner lessons will be allowed on the main cable. Beginner lessons can be booked on the 2 tower system, but cable operators will not be allowed to help riders off the dock, or make any physical contact with customers unless medically necessary.
